Vitamin D Blood Test
Measures 25-hydroxy vitamin D, the standard marker of vitamin D stores. Levels commonly fall over the darker months in the UK.

What this tells you
A single measurement of vitamin D, which the body makes largely from sunlight and which commonly sits low through British winters. It matters for bone and muscle function, and it is one of the few results where the number alone is genuinely informative.
Results are returned and explained privately by the clinic. Nothing is published on this website.
How to prepare
No fasting or preparation needed. Drinking water in the hour before you arrive makes the sample quicker and more comfortable to take.
