Free 20-minute consultation
An unhurried twenty minutes to work out what is worth testing, or which treatment suits. No obligation, nothing to pay.
What this involves →Facials, massage, lymphatic drainage and recovery therapies, alongside fifty-five laboratory panels across nine categories. Panel prices include blood collection, sample handling and laboratory processing.

Facials and skin treatments cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin, with the detail of each one varying by skin type. They are hands-on, unhurried, and you leave the same day.
Massage and lymphatic drainage work on the soft tissue. Massage releases tension in the muscles. Lymphatic drainage is much lighter — slow, rhythmic strokes that encourage the body’s lymph fluid to move along its natural routes, often used to ease puffiness and post-exercise or post-procedure swelling.
Recovery therapies such as infrared and compression are passive: you lie in a warmed infrared cabin, or wear inflating boots or sleeves that squeeze and release the limbs in sequence. Both are used for circulation, muscle recovery and rest.
Device-led treatments use equipment rather than hands. IPL sends brief pulses of light into the skin, used for hair reduction and pigmentation, and needs a patch test first. Radio frequency warms the deeper layers of the skin to encourage firmness, and also needs a patch test. PRP uses a small amount of your own blood, separated in a centrifuge and reintroduced into the skin or scalp; it begins with a consultation.
None of these are medical treatments and none are offered to treat, cure or diagnose a condition.
A small sample of blood is taken at the studio, usually from the arm, in an appointment lasting around twenty minutes. The sample is sent to an accredited laboratory, which measures the markers included in the panel you have chosen.
Different panels look at different things. Some give a broad picture of how the body is running — blood count, liver, kidneys, iron, thyroid. Others are narrower and answer one question: cholesterol and heart risk, blood sugar, vitamin levels, hormones, or how the body has responded to a vaccination.
Results come back to the clinic and are shared with you privately, with time to talk them through. Nothing is shown or stored on this website. Testing is for information and reassurance; it is not a diagnosis, and where something needs medical attention we will say so and suggest you speak to your GP.
