Compression Recovery Boots
Sequential compression applied to the legs in slow cycles. Frequently used after long days on your feet or heavy training.

What this involves
Full-length boots are fitted over your legs and inflate and release in waves, from the feet upwards. The sensation is a firm, rhythmic squeeze — pressure is set to your comfort and adjusted at any point. Often used after training or long periods standing.
How to prepare
Wear or bring leggings or loose trousers; you remain fully dressed. Nothing to prepare beforehand. Drink water afterwards. Please tell us if you have a history of blood clots, a fracture, or circulatory problems, as compression may not be suitable.
