How to prepare
Fasting required
Fasting required — nothing to eat for 8 to 12 hours beforehand, water only. Morning appointments are important here, as several of these hormones follow a daily rhythm. A member of the team will confirm cycle timing where it is relevant.

No. You can book any blood panel directly, without a referral from your GP.
