What this tells you
TSH, free T4 and free T3 with thyroid antibodies. The thyroid sets much of the body's pace, and a full panel shows both how it is functioning and whether the immune system is involved — which a TSH figure alone cannot.
Results are returned and explained privately by the clinic. Nothing is published on this website.
How to prepare
No fasting needed. If you take thyroid medication, take it after the blood sample rather than before, and keep to the same routine each time you test so results can be compared. If you take high-dose biotin, pause it for two days beforehand — it can distort thyroid readings.
