How to prepare
No fasting needed. Please avoid heavy exercise in the 24 hours beforehand and drink water normally, as both affect kidney readings.

How long does the appointment take?
The appointment is booked as 20 minutes. A small blood sample is taken at the studio, usually from the arm, and sent to an accredited laboratory.
How do I receive my results?
Results are returned to the clinic and shared with you privately, with time to talk them through. Nothing is published or stored on this website.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book any blood panel directly, without a referral from your GP.
