What this tells you
Liver enzymes with bilirubin, albumin and total protein — the standard markers of how the liver is working. Often chosen after a period of heavier drinking, a new medication, or simply for a reference point.

Before you come
How to prepare
No fasting needed. Please avoid alcohol for 48 hours and heavy exercise for 24 hours beforehand, as both can temporarily raise liver enzymes.
