Manual Lymphatic Drainage — Body
A slow, full-body session using light rhythmic strokes that follow the lymphatic pathways. Pressure stays gentle throughout; most people find the pace closer to rest than to massage. You lie covered on a warm couch and the work moves methodically from the limbs towards the torso.

What this involves
The lymphatic system is the body's drainage network, moving fluid and waste away from the tissues. This is a very light, slow, rhythmic massage that encourages that movement — far gentler than a deep tissue massage. People often choose it when they feel puffy or heavy, or after travel or surgery.
How to prepare
Drink water before and after, and avoid a heavy meal in the hour beforehand. Wear or bring loose clothing. Please tell us about any infection, heart or kidney condition, or recent surgery when booking, as these affect suitability.
