How to prepare
This begins with a consultation, which we will arrange before any treatment takes place. Eat beforehand and drink plenty of water — a blood sample is taken during the appointment. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours, and tell us about any blood-thinning medication or supplements. Leave the skin bare for 12 hours afterwards and avoid heat and heavy exercise for 24 hours.
