The session begins with a consultation to review your skin and confirm suitability. A hydrating solution is then placed in fine micro-injections across the face using a very small needle, working in a measured grid. Small raised points settle within a day; aftercare guidance is given before you leave.
What this involves
A course of very fine injections of hydrating solution placed just beneath the surface of the skin, to improve quality and hydration rather than to add volume. Numbing cream is applied first; small raised points settle within a day or so.
How to prepare
This begins with a consultation, which we will arrange before any treatment takes place. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand, and tell us about any blood-thinning medication or supplements. Afterwards, leave the skin clean and free of make-up for 12 hours, and avoid heat, saunas and heavy exercise for 24 hours.
